At Cooplands, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy our bakes with complete confidence. Whether you’re managing a food allergy, an intolerance, or simply keeping an eye on what you eat, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you need.
The tables below set out the allergen and nutritional information for our current autumn range, including details of ingredients contained in each product and those that may be present due to how our products are made and handled.
How to use this information
Our products are made in busy bakery environments where a wide range of ingredients – including the 14 major allergens – are used. While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from a particular allergen.
Our Allergen is correct at the time of publication. Products and recipes do change, so we always recommend checking the label on packaging for the most up-to-date details before you buy.
