Cooplands, the 2nd largest bakery chain in the UK, has relocated its current Yarm shop on the High Street to one just next door. To celebrate the opening of the new shop, Cooplands hosted a Funday on Saturday 13th May, and was officially opened by the Mayor of Yarm.

“We have been proud to be part of the Yarm community for 14 years now and to celebrate we are holding a Fun Day on Saturday 13th May, with some fun activities, such as face painting and balloon making, and of course our delicious treats to try.”
The new shop opened on Monday 8th May, with a fresh new look and design, whilst keeping the traditional Cooplands heritage at its heart.
Hungry shoppers will still be able to treat themselves to all their Cooplands favourites, whether that’s a hand finished sweet treat, a cream cake, or bread and rolls fresh from the bakery. Perfect for breakfast or lunch, customers can pick up freshly made sandwiches and Cooplands famous pastry sausage rolls along with a great new coffee offer, made from freshly ground, Fairtrade, 100% arabica bean, and of course the great value meal deals Cooplands is known for.
Customers can try Cooplands new coffee offer for free every Friday, with their “Free Coffee Fridays”, offering customers a free coffee when they visit the shop in Yarm, every Friday, no gimmicks attached!
Caroline Jones also added, “We are confident that customers will love our new coffee, so they can come along and try it for free, every Friday….no strings attached!”
The new Yarm shop will also be offering a delivery service via Just Eat and Uber Eats.
