This summer marks a special milestone for us at Cooplands – we’re celebrating 140 years of baking! Since 1885, we’ve been proud to serve generations of customers with our traditional favourites and irresistible treats, and we’re making our big birthday the best with fresh, exciting new flavours and returning favourites to make your summer even more delicious.

Chicken tikka sandwich – you asked, we listened! Our Chicken Tikka Sandwich is packed with tender chicken pieces, in a rich, creamy tikka sauce and served in our freshly baked bread.

Jumbo Jammy Biscuit – just what you’ve all been waiting for… our Jumbo Biscuit is back! Buttery shortbread biscuit with a generous swirl of sweet jam.

The Jumbo Bake – go BIG or go HUNGRY! The NEW Jumbo bake is a supersized, double pasty, packed with beef mince, onion & potato in a rich gravy and wrapped in golden, flaky puff pastry. Are you ready to take it on?

Pork & Apple Roll – a delicious twist on the classic sausage roll, we’ve wrapped seasoned pork and apple sauce in flaky puff pastry.

BBQ Chicken Pizza – big on flavour, our freshly made pizza bases topped with BBQ & tomato sauce, chicken breast pieces, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, freshly baked in store.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Muffin – the perfect summer treat. Made with white chocolate chunks & raspberry pieces in a moist muffin, topped with a white chocolate frosting.

Lemon Cream Muffin – Zesty, creamy and oh so refreshing, bringing a tangy twist to your summer! Fluffy and light lemon muffin, hand-piped with whipped cream.

Millie, Brooke & Rosie Gingerbread biscuits – Our popular gingerbread biscuits are back, and this time they’re helping raise money for a worthy cause! We’re donating 5p of every biscuit sold to Saint Catherine’s Hospice. The biscuits were designed by Millie, Brooke & Rosie through a competition we held to design a t-shirt!
