Blue Light Discount
- Customers with Blue Light Cards are able to receive a 10% discount in Cooplands stores. In order to redeem the 10% discount, the customer must present at time of ordering both of the following;
- Blue Light Discount Card
- 1 Other form of Photo ID (I.e. Driving Licence or Passport)
- 10% Blue Light discount is effective from 20.01.2025.
- Blue Light Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer including all Meal Deals and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Blue Light Discount cannot be used on any cold drink or crisp purchases.
- Blue Light Discount cannot be used online on the Cooplands website.
- Blue Light Discount can be used in conjunction with a Cooplands Loyalty card.
- Subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. Cooplands reserves the right to extend, amend or withdraw the Blue Light Discount scheme at any time.
Loyalty Card
- Customers can receive only 1 stamp per purchase in a Cooplands Store.
- Customer Rewards are issued on every 5th stamp.
- Customers do not need to redeem their free reward at the time they earned the stamp and it can be saved for another visit. Only 1 reward can be redeemed per visit, meaning a customer cannot save up their rewards and redeem them in one visit.
- Rewards are as follows;
- 5th Stamp – FREE Sausage Roll/Vegan Sausage Roll
- 10th Stamp – FREE Sweet Treat, customers can choose from Brownie, Plain Flapjack (V), Ginger Teddy, Bunny Biscuit, Iced Finger (V)
- 15th Stamp – FREE Sandwich, customers can choose from any cold sandwich filling or regular breakfast sandwiches including, bacon, sausage, and bacon & sausage*. Hot sandwiches are excluded**
- 20th Stamp – FREE Meal Deal – Meal Deal includes Sandwich + Regular Drink***, this also includes breakfast sandwiches* Hot Sandwiches are excluded** Salad Boxes are excluded.
- *Breakfast Sandwiches includes regular sandwich only, this does not include any extras or extra portions. For example egg omelette, hash brown, mushrooms, hot tomatoes
- **Hot Sandwiches are excluded, this includes the following sandwich fillings; Southern Fried Chicken, Hot Ham & Cheese, Bacon & Brie, BBQ Chicken & Cheese, Meatball
- ***Regular Drink refers to any cold drink plus any regular Hot Drink. Large Hot drinks are not included.
- All rewards are subject to availability. Cooplands reserves the right to extend, amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash. Cooplands will not be responsible for any loyalty cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- The minimum amount that can be loaded onto a Cooplands Gift Card is £5. The maximum that can be loaded onto a Cooplands Gift Card is £50.
- You may redeem your Cooplands Gift Card at any participating Cooplands shop in England. For an up-to-date list of where the Gift Card is redeemable, please visit: www.cooplands-bakery.co.uk. It is not redeemable online
- When you use your Cooplands Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given.
- You may not exchange your Cooplands Gift Card for cash.
- Refunds will not be given for a Cooplands Gift Card.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any damaged cards, or cards which we believe may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
- We will not be responsible for any gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
- We will not be responsible for any gift cards that are used without your permission.
- Your Cooplands Gift Card will remain valid for a period of 12 months from purchase. After this period, the Gift Card will expire.
- We reserve the right to cancel you Cooplands Gift Card if we suspect that it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms and conditions.

Meal Deal & Breakfast Deal
- The regular lunchtime meal deal includes any regular cold sandwich, plus any regular drink. You can add on a choice of snack for an additional 25p (regular sausage roll or crisps).
- The large lunchtime meal deal includes any large sandwich, plus any regular drink or large hot drink, You can add on a choice of snack for an additional 25p (regular sausage roll or crisps).
- The lunchtime meal deal excludes hot sandwiches.
- The regular breakfast deal includes a regular bacon, sausage or sausage and bacon sandwich, sausage bean & cheese pasty, bacon and cheese wrap and a cold drink (water, orange or apple juice) or regular hot drink.
- The breakfast deal finishes at 11am daily.
