We have numerous control measures to control allergens, however, due to the nature of our manufacturing and retail processes, there is a foreseeable risk that allergen cross contamination can occur. Therefore, for your information the following allergens are present with our bakeries & shops.

• Cereals containing gluten (wheat, oats, barley)
• Eggs
• Milk (lactose)
• Soya
• Sulphur dioxide or sulphites
• Celery
• Mustard
