We’ve been partnered with Heron Foods, since 2021, selling frozen versions of our much-loved baked goods for at-home baking including our famous sausage rolls.

We’re excited to have relaunched our new frozen range in Heron Foods. The range has a new look and feel, linking with the Cooplands new branding and allows Heron customers to have the taste of Cooplands baked straight from the freezer. Cooplands has a range which is perfect for party spreads and family teas. Prices start from as little as £2.79 for 20 Mini Sausage Rolls or Cheese & Onion Rolls.

Cooplands Bakery have partnered with the Yorkshire born Brewery, Wold Top, to launch their new Steak & Ale Pie, using the ale produced by Wold Top. The newly developed pie will launch on 8^th April in all Cooplands shops, selling at £1.95, and also featuring in their mix & match offer 2 for £3.

Wold Top is a family run business based in the heart of Yorkshire. Back in 2003, the family were looking at different ways to sustain the family farm with diversification and hit on brewing beer as their solution! The ale used in the pies is made with home grown barley malt and Northdown hops.

The pie filling is made by simmering chunks of beef in the Wold Top ale and beef stock until tender, developing a sauce that is tasty, rich and flavoursome. The filling is encased in Cooplands very own shortcrust pastry recipe and then baked fresh in shop.

Cooplands Bakery, the second-largest bakery chain in the UK, launches in Nisa, Ripon on Friday 9^th February as they continue to grow their wholesale business.

The Scarborough-born bakery was founded in 1885 as a pork pie butcher, which they proudly won a Great Taste Award for in 2023. The skilled bakers continue to deliver freshly baked goods daily, from soft bread rolls, pies & pasties to hand-finished sweet treats and fresh cream cakes.

The partnership sees Cooplands & Nisa teaming together to bring Yorkshire products into the shop. Shoppers at Nisa will be able to indulge in a number of Cooplands classics in store from freshly baked bread rolls to sweet treats such as Triple chocolate muffins & indulgent scones freshly baked to their own recipe.
