Our Summer menu has launched and we’re baking summer good this year, including the return of a firm favourite the JUMBO Jammy Biscuit! The range launches from 3rd June and will be available in all Cooplands shops.
Perfect for sharing, Cooplands launch a new mini bite range, including gooey Blondie Bites, Rocky Road Bites & moreish Cookie Bites. You can grab any 2 for £4.
Also returning to the range is the limited-edition sandwich perfect for summer, The Chicken Caesar Sub. A twist on the well-known Caesar salad, the sub is filled with roast chicken and mixed with a Caesar mayonnaise and lettuce leaves on Cooplands freshly baked sub rolls.
The classic Toffee Danish Pastry is returning back to it’s original recipe and will now be made with chunks of fudge pieces and chocolate, as well as being freshly baked, dipped in toffee sauce and drizzled with bakers chocolate by our bakery experts.
Also launching is the new Summer Cookie Monster, taking a spin on the Chocolate Cookie Monster. It’s made with a white chocolate cookie and hand-piped with vanilla buttercream.
