Choose from the following cake bases:
Fruit - Our succulently rich fruit cakes are made from vine fruits, cherries and mixed peels. Topped with a sweet coating of marzipan and white sugar paste icing, this cake will set your taste buds tingling.
Chocolate Sponge - Our deliciously moist chocolate cake, which is very popular with children, comes with a tasty chocolate flavoured cream filling and coated with soft white sugar paste icing.
Plain Sponge - A clear favourite is our traditional light and fluffy plain sponge cake. Layered with fruit raspberry preserve and a buttercream filling and covered in a blanket of white sugar paste icing. This is certainly a cake fit for all celebrations.

Generally 4 days’ notice is required for a sponge cake, 7 days for a fruit cake. However, we can often produce cakes with less notice, please call or ask at your nearest shop.
