Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they represent the Terms and Conditions between you and Cooplands for the use of our Christmas Food Ordering Service (in-shop and online) and the use of our Website. If You do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use or access our Website or order any products from us in shop or via the Website.

  1. The last date for submitting Christmas orders via our Website is 15:00 on 15 December 2020. The last date for submitting or amending Christmas orders in our shops is the close of business on 18 December 2020. No orders will be accepted after this time.
  2. The Christmas Food to Order service is available only for collections on 22nd, 23rd and 24th December 2020.
  3. There is no minimum order value
  4. The Christmas Food to Order placed via our Website must be paid in full at the time of ordering. This payment will be forfeited if you do not collect your order. Should you wish to collect items on different days you’ll need to complete a separate order.
  5. The Christmas Food to Order taken in shop will require a deposit. This deposit will be forfeited if you do not collect your order. Should you wish to collect items on different days you’ll need to complete a separate order and pay more than one deposit.
  6. When you complete your order on our Website we’ll email you a confirmation of your order. Please bring your email confirmation with you when you collect your order. Please check this email carefully and notify us immediately if you spot any errors or if any products are missing.   7. Orders may be cancelled and refunded until Tuesday 15th December.

  9. To purchase goods from our Christmas Food to Order service you must be 16 years of age or over. We require your real name, email address and phone number to process your order.
  10. Although we take all reasonable care to ensure that the allergen information appearing on our Website are correct at the time of publication, recipes may change by the time a customer comes to collect their order. Customers are advised to check product packaging for allergen warnings before consumption and on our allergen information sheet.   11. All Christmas Food to Order products are subject to availability. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item. In the event that we are unable to supply, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given if you have already paid.
  12. We may apply maximum order limits where stock is limited or demand is expected to be high.
  13. Items ordered from our Website or in shop will not be delivered. Orders must be collected from the designated collection Cooplands shop, on your nominated collection day. All collection slots are subject to availability.
  14. Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of our products may be incorrectly priced on our Website or in our Christmas Food to Order leaflet. If the correct price is higher than the price stated in error, we are under no obligation to supply the goods to you at this price. We will inform you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
  15. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time for any reason. In the event that prices increase you will be given the option of completing your order at the revised price or cancelling those items where the price has increased.
  16. Cooplands takes reasonable precautions to try to ensure that all products have been described accurately. However, when ordering products with our Christmas Food to Order service, you accept that:
    • the weights, dimensions and capacities shown are approximate only and may be subject to change;
    • packaging and design of products may vary from that shown in images;
    • numbers of servings in the product descriptions are for guidance purposes only;
    • the products and promotions, which are offered on our Website, may not be available in our shops and vice-versa.
  17. Cooplands reserves the right at any time without notice or liability to cancel Christmas Food Ordering orders if due to unforeseeable circumstances, for example severe weather conditions, we are unable to deliver ordered goods to our shops.
  18. Cooplands will not be liable for or responsible for any orders that are not delivered at all or within your nominated collection times caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  19. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
