Pay Rate
£8.80 per hour from age 21+.

Shift Pattern
Hours:16 - 20 hrs per week
Shift: 4 Shifts Monday to Sunday between 6.30am - 8.15pm.

About the role

The ideal candidate must have a passion for making customers happy, take pride in preparing and packing our much loved products and keeping the shop clean and tidy.
You will be working in a varied and high energy role which will involve preparing food, serving on the till, keeping displays vibrant and the shop clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Legal entitlement to work in the UK (e.g. Valid VISA or Work Permit for non EEC residents)
- Some flexibility in your availability for working hours would be an advantage (you may be required to work different shifts each week, or asked to work overtime).

About the role
Manage a team that works together to achieve targets and provide a fantastic shopping experience to our valued customers. As a Assistant Manager, you will help the manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets, to control stock and meet high standards of customer service, display and hygiene. You will need to encourage a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members can fulfil their potential.
You’ll also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved with each area of the shop, including preparing food, serving on the till, making eye-catching displays and keeping the shop clean and tidy. You’ll be given plenty of support and training along the way.
The successful candidate would have a proven track record of experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or catering background. Good planning, organisational and numeracy skills are a must. We look for Assistant Managers who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about the brand and sales, and who have excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in management role, ideally in retail or catering industry
